NATURE’S PERFECT ENERGY BALL

A boiled egg is the perfect protein snack to have ready when hunger calls. We like having a few pre-cooked in the fridge, easy to transport once cooked – to eat as it is, top onto a salad or combined with one of our wheat-free rolls or wraps.

Highly underestimated, the humble egg quite literally contains all the nutrients needed for life to grow. Just one egg can provide you with 40% of your daily needs for vitamin D.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  • Boil eggs in a pan of hot water for 8 minutes.
  • Remove from hot water into a bowl of cold water.
  • Crack the shell and carefully remove all of the shell. Run under cold water if too hot.
  • Eat hot or cold.
