SWAPPING SOLDIERS FOR SPEARS

An easy way to introduce some greens to the start of your day, swap your bread soldiers for asparagus spears!

A simple switch that is naturally gluten-free and low-carb.

Asparagus is especially high in vitamins A, C, K and folate. Folate, or vitamin B9, is known for being a vital nutrient in the early stages of pregnancy as it is essential in the formation of red blood cells and the creation and repair of healthy DNA.
