ROAST YOUR TOAST

The easy one ingredient toast. Sweet potatoes contain one of the highest amounts of beta-carotene which your body converts into vitamin A, essential for healthy eyes.

An ideal base for any sweet or savoury toppings: peanut butter and berries, creme fraiche and peaches, mashed avocado and chilli flakes, a fried egg, hummus and cucumber, cream cheese and smoked salmon – the options are endless!

Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet Potato

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Finely slice sweet potato, or use a mandolin, to create even thin slices.
  • Bake on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes.
