THE GOLDEN MILK

This warming beverage is a great way to add more turmeric to your diet. Turmeric is hailed as one of the world’s top superfoods and is known for it’s protective and anti-inflammatory qualities. Turmeric should always be paired with black pepper as it increases the absorption of the active compound curcumin by a whopping 2,000%! If you’re avoiding caffeine, then this could be a great swap for your morning coffee – the spices definitely add a healthy kick to your immunity and your taste buds!

  • 1 tsp Coconut Butter
  • 1 cup Hot Water

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until frothy, about 30 seconds.
